I empower young people and adults through resilience building programmes. This is a proactive strategy to prepare individuals for moments of pressure, uncertainty and change in the future, for example students transitioning from school to university.

Why is it useful to measure resilience?

Measuring resilience helps identify what is supporting you and what may be holding you back. It creates self-awareness, guides targeted development, and provides a baseline to track progress over time.

Can resilience levels change?

Yes. Resilience is not fixed. It can increase or decrease depending on life circumstances, stress levels, and intentional development. With insight and the right strategies, resilience can be strengthened.

Is coaching the same as counselling or therapy?

No. Coaching is future-focused and goal-oriented, supporting growth, performance, and development. Counselling or therapy typically focuses on healing past experiences, mental health concerns, or emotional distress.

Is coaching the same as mentoring?
